  Outside the apartment was filthy

  Disliked: Noisy neighbours. filthy outside. Was told to leave at 10:55 by a knock on the door despite the check out being 11:00. Outside the apartment was filthy.

  Disappointed. Staff was nice. Apartment wasn’t

  Liked: It was clean and the staff was responsive.

  Disliked: The apartment wasn’t in the best shape. The handle of the bathroom fell apart the first day and we got stuck in the bathroom. The day after they fixed it but even other shelf below the tv was falling apart. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it.

  Apartment ideal for a family with little kids

  Liked: It is a good value-price ration, nice location, ideal for a family

  Disliked: Modern digital key, but the presumes you have to be carefull to have one phone charged (this represent a little bit, but tolerable anxiety). Probably, by request you could have a physical key, but we did not asked. Not A/C, however the positioning of the apartment is so, that it is not exposed to the Sun, so the two fans provided did just well.

  Great 'quieter' location, 3 bed appartment, clean and simple to use with only a few minor gripes

  Liked: Great loction for exploring the city and for access local facilities. Deustown is a more residential area of Bilboa and the appartment is about 100m from the Deutown metro station, which in turn is just one stop from the central bus station. Lots of local supermarkets and coffee shops for breakfast first thing and a short walk to the Gugenheim or metro ride to the Old Town

  Disliked: The curtains in the front bedroom let in street light, which made for a disturbed night. Some pillows on the beds were more like 'teabags' so provided no support/no real comfort. The kitchen didn't have a kettle, so we had to boil water for drinks in a saucepan

  The stay was perfect, highly recommended

  Liked: The place was spacious and contained all the amanites, close to the metro so you can move easily around the city, as well as within walking distance to the Guggenheim museum and the river promenade. Highly reccomended.

  Generally good price/quality ratio, close to the main city locations

  Liked: The apartment is well renovated, cozy, quite close to the city center, but in a quiet neighborhood. Everything worked: electronic key, hot water, kitchen etc.

  Disliked: - The floor was dirty, our socks were almost black after a half an hour. I observed this trouble mostly overall in Spain/Portugal. People are used to stay in shoes at home so they think it’s not a big problem to keep the floor dirty:/ we had to wash it few times with soap.. - The mattress in the sofa was in lumps of dust. - Seemed to me the beddings weren’t clean enough, looked already used, crumpled. - I would expect to have at least 1 capsule for washing machine, but there was none.
