Exceptional
It was good
Liked: It is spacious.
Disliked: Dish and wardrobe (in one room is difficult to open the door because it is not enough space.
Liked: Good location. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Disliked: There was a slight smell of mold in the master bedroom, which was very uncomfortable.The bathrooms needed towel hooks or towel holders, was impossible to hang towels to dry.There weren't wine or champagne glasses.
Liked: Position of property was good. Good showers
Disliked: Only one of the three bedrooms was good. There was nowhere to hang towels. No wine glasses. No egg cups. No bedside table in second bedroom and outlook poor.
Highly recommend this well appointed and central apartment
Liked: Gorgeous large clean modern apartment with all the comforts of home. Loved the big leather sofa, very stylish kitchen, smart TV, well equipped bathrooms and the beds were great. Everything was sparkling clean. Very accessible via a lift. Very secure access with the keys / code etc. Excellent wifi. Olga was very responsive to our one query.
Disliked: Would have been nice to be able to switch the heat on during the day - we came from from a very wet bike tour in the middle of the day. But maybe there were instructions that I missed.
Wonderful and Exceptional in all aspects!
Liked: Great location! Historic part of the city is a short 13-minute walk away. It’s located in a nice area with easy access to everything: BM grocery store is literally across the street, café and restaurants are nearby in all directions. The apartment is spacious with three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite with a small balcony. Large equipped kitchen and comfortable living room area. Guggenheim is around a 15- min walk away. Entry instructions were easy and explicit. Staff responded quickly to any needs (usually minor problems)
Disliked: Nothing…except maybe the inordinate quantity of drawers, closets and cupboards that will usually not be used. There are only two sets of keys which might pose an inconvenience to more than two sets of guests.
Great apartment and excellent location
Liked: A lovely spacious apartment which was very clean and with comfortable beds. A great location. Excellent communication and help from Olga before and during our stay helped make our trip more enjoyable.
