Exceptional
The hostel met my basic needs, but it wasn't a comfortable experience, so I probably won't visit aga
Liked: The location and overall cost was good for a traveler on a budget, like me and my friend. The staff was also helpful and friendly. We were also able to get beds on short notice. These were the main advantages of the hostel
Disliked: The rooms were extremely warm and humid, so it was impossible to get comfortable at night and we did not sleep well. There was also only a single shower for a room of 10 beds and the humidity made it nearly impossible ro dry off when using it.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Toilet was broken, shower head was broken, Bed sheets and bed was not appropriate. Plus all of us had bed bugs in our body all over including my two kids.....very poor
Liked: Recently stayed at this hostel during Aste Nagusia - Festival Week and had a good experience overall. I shared a private room with 3 friends and found the hostel to be comfortable. The Hostel was basic but clean and provided us with free towels, which was a bonus. The beds felt slightly old but the rooms were spacious, and we had a private bathroom also.
Disliked: It should be noted that the area by the train station is sketchy, with many people hanging about. I would not recommend traveling alone in this area (especially after dark). Also the A/C did not appear to be working during our stay, which was unfortunate.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Ridiculously ecpensive
Liked: Lovely clean rooms and bed linen. Great location.
Disliked: No cooking facility except microwaves. No sharp knife dor cutting bread.
Liked: Good location in the center. Rooms equipped with a fairly large bathroom.
Disliked: Overall cleanliness was quite good, but we found a cockroach in our luggage.
