Exceptional
Excellent
Liked: Nice and friendly
Great appartment, convenient for central Bilbao and Guggenheim
Liked: Great location. Beautiful apartment. Comfortable, well equipped and well furnished. Reasonable price for Bilbao. Optional secure parking was a bonus.
Disliked: Sat nav instructions could be better. First two attempts we landed on a completely different road.
Liked: Well laid out apartment. Good separation bertween bedrooms for privacy. Nice decor. Excellent location.
Disliked: There was a heat wave and it was difficult to cool the front facing bedroom. Electric fans were supplied which helped a lot
Great communication from the hosts, great location
Liked: Loved the location in the old town. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Parking facilitated right outside the door for €40 for 2 nights.
Disliked: Took us a while to operate the security lock, but the host was extremely helpful with good communication.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Getting out of the carpark
Great location, but did have it’s shortcomings
Liked: Great location for exploring the city. Facilities provided were good. Provision of secure parking was a bonus.
Disliked: The location of the property although great for exploring the city was not located in the most salubrious of areas and felt intimidating when returning in the evening. Although a washing machine was available, there was no ability to dry wet clothing. There was poor noise insulation in the flat, our neighbours could be heard moving furniture around and conversations overhead on occasions. The security shutters in the bedroom, one did not operate and the one in the lounge also failed to operate. Although car parking was secure, getting into and out of it by foot was very challenging.
