Exceptional
Sour experience
Liked: Location was great and the apt had plenty of space
Disliked: 1) there was no lockbox on the property door as shown in the check-in instructions and we could not enter the apartment. I called the host 5 times and sent one message but got no answer. I called booking support and they helped me and the host arrived 20 minutes later with the keys 2) the apartment was very cold even though the outside temperature was ok. We followed the instructions on how to turn up the heat but it did nothing. The heaters were turned off and we couldn't turn them on. When I wrote to the host for instructions, got no answer at all. 3) there were no toiletries like soap
Superb

Disliked: The room temperature was too hot. We could not find how to lower the temperature so we just opened the windows

Very good
Liked: Accessible to the Guggenheim museum funicular, metro, tram and Old part of the City.
Disliked: Slightly blocked sink.
Superb
Liked: Very nice and spacious and good kitchen appliances!
Disliked: The key pickup was at another location, but just a ~10 minute walk away so not too bad.
