Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: A very comfortable apartment. Great location—close to all of Bilbao’s attractions, as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a week-long stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and completely hassle-free. Highly recommended; we were extremely happy 😊
A comfortable stay near the University
Liked: While the first impression of the building is a bit weird, with the industrial-sized elevator, the room itself did not disappoint. It was perfectly comfortable, clean and spacious, with a lovely view. Communication with the host was very good. I was attending and event at the University of Deusto and it was a 10-minute walk from the apartment. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and I particularly enjoyed having breakfast at Mafé. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend it.
Disliked: I would have appreciated having a floor mat in the bathroom. Also, a coffee maker other than the little Italian one would have been nice.
Pleasent apartment, well located. Very enjoyable, great instructions and contact from host
Liked: Location is lovely, nice apartment super clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, balcony is lovely to sit out in the morning for coffee. Felt super safe in the area, shops close too so was very handy. Contact with rentor with instructions were very good.
Disliked: There are a few minor things that would make it more comfortable. One towel per person for 4 days is not enough. There should be a shower mat provided. Pillows are lumpey and there should be 2 per person. Sheets on the bed were torn. Really small things just to change from very good to excellent.
Great apartment with everything you need on a few day's trip
Liked: Clean, comofortable, spacious apartment with balcony. Bilbao's main attractions are within an easy reach. The host is very helpful and easy to get in touch.
Very relaxing and helpful staff
Liked: We had our own private kitchen
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Little terrace was nice, very clean, good value
Disliked: The only criticism I have is that the terrace floor was dirty,
