Liked: It was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The time flexibility of checking in and the air conditioning was bad
Disliked: They cancelled my booking when i arrived
I don’t recommend. Maybe it’s only for men
Liked: Good location. But it was dark inside and kind of doggy… I had broken locker (I had my own padlock but I couldn’t use it) and staff didn’t help me after reporting that. I had to worry about my staff there. There was creepy men, and one girl that had room with him was very scared (and staff didn’t changed her room)
Disliked: Staff, atmosphere, interior
Absolutely impossible to reach the accommodation
Liked: Good location and good common room but that is about it. Our room was narrow and humid, we did not feel comfortable. The price is better than most places in Bilbao but expect to get what you pay for.
Disliked: We cancelled one of our bookings and the place is absolutely unreachable. After almost two months of trying endlessly to contact them and booking.com(they both refer to each other) we still have not received our money back. Absolutely impossible to be in contact with this hostel, even upon arrival everything goes digital. I am hoping that after 2 months of trying, this review might do the trick.:(
Liked: Simple clean hostel. I stayed there for 2nd time after 14 years. Hasn't changed much. Ideal for pelegrinos.

Liked: I had booked a private room for $105. They didn’t have one available and stuck me in a dorm room with bunk beds that the other people paid $19 for.
Disliked: It was an average Albergue. Nothing special.
