Exceptional
We would actually go back to this city for a retreat at this hotel. We loved it
Liked: The photos on the website were accurate. And our bed was enormous. The entire hotel was very tastefully done. The staff was one of the biggest plus factors, as they were always available and ready to help.
Disliked: The location is right in front of the famous mercado in the old town. and there are taxis on the corner, and the tram right outside. Our difficulty was getting ubers and not knowing where to wait or be let off, because the hotel doesn't have frontside access to the road.
Great location, great staff, great facilities
Liked: Very nice boutique hotel, a couple of minutes away from the Market, next to tourist city tour bus stop, tram. The staff was really nice and attentive. The hotel is very clean and offer a good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing. We were there for a couple of days so perfectly suited our needs for this trip
Worth visiting Bilbao just to stay here!
Liked: One of the best hotel experiences: location was great, rooms very clean and fuctional, excellent amenities. What made the difference? Amazing breakdast and staff that makes you feel like you are visiting your mother after you've been away for a long time.

Liked: Interior decor, beds & pillows were comfy, safe was working, staff frienfly & helpful
Disliked: Room was tight, wash basin was outside the bathroom, location ( did not feel safe going out)
Nice boutique property in the heart of downtown Bilbao
Liked: Nice boutique property. Comfy beds and nice shower. Location was good.
Disliked: No parking or lot near by- had to shuttle our luggage almost 1/2 mile in the heat. Smaller sized rooms.
Liked: Nicely appointed hotel in exactly the right location for the August festival- staff extremely helpful.
