Liked: Good location. We could walk everywhere and we got the bus from the airport. The layout of the flat was nice and we enjoyed having breakfast. The blinds were very good to shut out light.

Disliked: The bathroom with the washing machine smelled bad. The flat was quite noisy - we were initially expecting this to be from outside but the main problem was from above footsteps and walking. The kitchen was completely bare of food items - salt and pepper. Also there weren't any tea towels for drying up. The front door (the communal one) didn't always shut so it wasn't locked some of the time and I saw people pushing the door to enter.

  Very good

Liked: Great location, with plenty of natural light. The apartment is cozy with enough space for 4 people comfortably. The decor is nice and it has all the necessary amenities.

Disliked: The number of towels provided for longer stays could be improved, as well as the quality of the pillows and mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped but could improve with some small additions to improve the experience on longer stays.

Great location and apartment for visiting Bilbao

Liked: Great place to stay if visiting Bilbao,, was impressed with the modern facilities and size of the place. Was a little concerned regarding other reviews stating issues with noise, but had no problems.

Disliked: We noticed the apartment was starting to look a little tired and could have been cleaned better. Zero condiments provided ready for guests, e.g. no oil salt etc
