Bloody Brilliant
Liked: Beautiful at, great location and our host Angela was fabulous… everything was thought of. Highly recommend staying here

Perfect location and true home to relax in and enjoy Bilbao
Liked: Fantastic location and absolutely beautiful home. We’d have loved to stay longer. Management friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She made sure we’d be able to watch our Seahawks win the Super Bowl!
Disliked: Not really a dislike, more of a suggestion. Try to get the parking instructions sent a bit before you arrive for the keys. There’s an excellent instruction video but because parking is a bit tricky (although it is fantastic to have!), if your reception is poor in town it is a bit rushed to understand exactly what to do in the midst of city traffic.
Great location but not value for money

Disliked: 8.00 am a lot of noise from drilling from apartment above. Also floor cricking loudly. The lady for check in did not send address of house, did not pick up phone.
Lovely flat- would love to stay again when in Bilbao
Liked: Beautiful, airy flat, exactly as shown in the photos. The location was very convenient, close to the Guggenheim, and the host was very nice.
Disliked: No A/C, only fans, which could be an issue in hotter weather.
Comfortable base to explore the cities cutting-edge art and architecture, immersing in Basque traditions and eating pint
Liked: Spacious, comfortable and very clean! Close to many restaurants for eating out locally or to bakers and supermarkets for buying food to eat-in (kitchen adequately equipped - cooking as well as dishwasher and washing machine). Location was great for our needs. Compact city, everywhere within reasonable walking distance (5 min walk to Guggenheim muséum or main high street shopping area, 15-20mins to old historic part of city). Host contact was excellent. We were met at parking and accompanied to appartment. Overall, great communication and service!
Disliked: For higher end appartment at higher end price, it would be nice to have provided, more dishwasher/washing machine products as well as dish-cloths and hand towels.
Great location and unit for your family in the heart of Bilbao! Will be our go to when we’re in town now
Liked: Fantastic location, great unit, blackout blinds fantastic with kids, provision of cot and high chair was so so appreciated
Disliked: No air conditioning and fans not very strong, Floors need some work as they buckle when you walk, and I have a number of bruises on my legs from the main bed’s bed posts but no other complaints
