Exceptional
Good option when it's hard to find a place
Liked: Location was great, the lady was nice, lots of options for food downstairs
Disliked: Noise from the street, even when closing the balcony door it is still audible, its not as conformable as being in a hotel, there is someone living at the property so one would feel conscious about everything.
An excellent location and an affordable option for staying in the heart of Bilbao!
Liked: The location of this flat is excellent! It was easily within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, museums, parks, and Casco Viejo. The room has a great little balcony that I enjoyed sitting on in the evenings, listening to the sounds of people at the restaurants on the street below. The room was very comfortable, and the en suite bathroom was a very generous size. Though I did not have access to the rest of the flat, I felt very "at home" there. The owner was very friendly and responsive and met me at the door of the building to show me to the flat and hand me the keys. Communication with the owner through Booking.com was easy and convenient.
Disliked: The only thing I would count as a downside to this location is that the room itself did not have a lock on it (that I saw or was aware of). A safe was provided to store my passport and other valuables while I was out, and I felt very comfortable in the flat and confident the owner respected my privacy, but this is just something to know/be aware of if you are thinking about staying here.

Liked: I liked absolutely everything - the location very convenient, central and safe, the room is beautiful cozy and packed with literary everything that you might need, I also loved the small balcony with sunset urban views. As a single girl I also liked that the host was staying in the same apartment, it gave the feeling of safety. I didn't see her much, but she was very responsive in whatsapp. She is a very nice woman, and I felt like home:)
Disliked: One of the evenings was quite noisy because there're some bars on that street and people celebrated something. Closing the window helped a bit, but had to use earplugs. The other evening was quiet and nice
