Very good
Cheap, good location, but overall comfort and convenience was severely lacking
Disliked: We got locked out of the property after midnight and struggled to reach the host to let us in remotely. The bed was not very comfortable, and we only had one weird long pillow between the two of us.
Liked: Location and view
Disliked: Strange staff.tiny room.seemed to be a whole family living in the cupboard under the stairs.who appeared each time you wanted to use the bath room and locked it...my worst stay anywhere

Liked: Fantastic location - private access to funicular. Delightful host. Spotlessly clean. Lovely views from across the road.
Disliked: No bedside lights.
Comfortable, great stay
Liked: Great location, right behind us is the park and funicular. Great thoughtful staff who provided our dog with a dog bed and bowls. Comfortable bed and well equipped with kettle and a fridge. We paid for parking, and they have a charger for our EV. Otherwise, I believe you can park at the park behind the property.
Disliked: Narrow gate for cars to enter property.
Liked: The location was incredibly dramatic, one house away from the top of the funicular. The room was spotless and had great air conditioning on a day it was really needed. The bottom of the funicular leaves you right near anything you would want to see in Bilbao. I Ioved my stay.
Disliked: There are two rooms on the ground floor with no view whatsoever, so make sure you know which room you're getting. Also, food options at the top of the funicular are limited and some days non existent past 6pm, make sure you bring food with you if you don't want to descend for dinner. They have microwaves and dishes, and there is a well stocked supermarket at the bottom of the funicular, so I was able to manage.
To expensive for what it is and where it is located
Liked: Nice room, big bed and a fridge
Disliked: No really view on Bilbao like its mentionned. And overall price way to high for the room.
