Fabulous
Liked: The artwork and design, location in the heart of the centre, and the direct bus line to the airport.
not worth the price
Liked: location was decent
Disliked: mold on the shower curtain, sábanas con pelos y suuuuuper áspero, poco presión de agua en la ducha
Liked: Was very responsive and helpful in getting directions and doing demo tee check in. The room was very nicely decorated and spacious - felt like an actual home.
Great over night stay
Liked: Quiet and comfortable. Good location. Near the Guggenheim.
Disliked: No issues
Stressful
Liked: Ok value for money
Disliked: After a delayed flight, it meant that I didn’t arrive until 23:30pm. Despite my attempts to contact the host, they ignored my calls and texts. Directions to the property were not clear, meaning that I was on the street at midnight trying to access the apartment. Finally a non-English speaking host answered my texts, got frustrated at the fact I couldn’t understand her instructions. Her English speaking counterpart fell asleep prior to my arrival, hence he ignored me. Better communication should have been relayed. A very stressful experience which could have been avoided
Excellent
Disliked: No A/C was available, which was a miss especially during the high temperatures when we where in Bilbao
