Fabulous
Liked: The staff and breakfast were great. The location was also good for the Guggenheim and the old town
Disliked: Our room was too hot and the air-conditioning didn't work. It has been switched off centrally for the winter but it was still warm in Bilbao.

Amazing Bilbao
Liked: Perfect location for all amenities and for museums and the beautiful funicular Hotel views excellent and staff
Disliked: Car park was very tight going around the internal corners. I found the rooms a little dark as the lights are in wrong places
nice city centre hotel
Liked: location of the hotel is amazing, it is close to everything, we didn't use our car at all to go around Bilbao city centre. Breakfast was great, beds are comfortable and it was clean overall
Disliked: carpet in our room was stained and ripped in some places, it would be nice if it gets replaced soon
