Liked: Nice little hotel close to the airport. Great value for money. No late check in - have to go to a sister hotel first to collect a key which is a little inconvenient if you arrive late. Didn’t feel overly secure on that basis. Close to public transport making it easy to get into Bilbao. Good breakfast and bar area with food available.

  Poor experience

Liked: No air conditioning which means bedrooms are unbearably warm. No atmosphere and no facilities beyond 10.30. I won’t be returning.
