Liked: Everything was amazing, thank you for the perfect stay. Jorge is an amazing host! Loved our room, view and location
Disliked: There was a flood some weeks before our arrival. Besides value for money price, central location, nice rooms, we also picked this place because of the spa and gym area. Unfortunately because of the flood we were not able to use thoose services. On one hand i am happy that no bigger issue happaned to the hotel and staff, on the other hand would appreciated a notice of these facilities are out services. Again, everything was amazing! Thank you again!!!
If I go back to Bilbao I'd happily stay there again
Liked: Well located, although not in the centre it was an easy enough 10 / 15 minute walk to the old town and train station.
Disliked: For the money it was absolutely fine. Although if you have one of the smaller rooms don't expect any kind of view.

Great hotel in fab location
Liked: This is a lovely hotel in great central location. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom is spotless with towels changed every day we needed them to be. Staff on reception are friendly and helpful.

Singli in Bilbao!
Liked: I could walk everywhere even from the convenient airport bus stop.
Disliked: Single rooms tend to be squeezed into small spaces without much daylight. This one was the same though the room itself was good.
