Very good
Liked: Close to airport with free transporting to the airport in the mirning.
Disliked: Staff spoke little English, but attempted to be helpful.
Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: The cafe wasn’t open over the weekend and there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance that we were aware of. When we asked if their cafe was open and told no they didn’t give us options around
A good & comfortable place to stay if you’re flying from Bilbao Airport
Liked: The Hotel was so bright & looked good. It was good to have a lift to get us & our luggage to the main door. We appreciated the shuttle service available to the Airport. There’s a good restaurant & cafe.
Disliked: All good!
Ok but wouldn’t stay again
Liked: Great staff
Disliked: No food available. Elevate not working
Great if you need a well situated and organised place to stay
Liked: Location for airport
Replace the date coming from or going to the airport in Bilbao
Liked: Friendly and helpful stuff. The room was large with many windows and a comfortable bed. I ate in the cafeteria for dinner and had a delicious salad and drink some red wine. I had to bus my own plate and drinks because I wanted to sit on the terrace outside and they were a little rule bound but I didn’t mind.
Disliked: I think they should encourage people to sit on the terrace and eat and drink.
