Very good
We had a lovely stay at the hotel, staff were very helpful and we will definitely stay there again
Liked: The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Old Town, the Ribera Market and some lovely bars along the river. The tram was just around the corner and took us to everywhere we needed to go.
Disliked: All was good

Disliked: There was no kettle in the room or lobby, loud outside (can’t keep windows open at night)

Disliked: No foreign language news channels on tv not even The News. Not possible to reserve parking.
Liked: Spotless clean, good sized room, good location, lovely staff, good breakfast, value for money
Disliked: No mirror near the window/natural light. No shaving/magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Very small shower cubicle

Liked: Reception was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was ok. Close to Tramp. Location close to all important sightseeing spots.
Disliked: Its and old hotel. May.be its my preferance for new hotels. Actually there was nothing wrong....all was ok. Bigger room would be better
