Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Nice bedroom size and cleanliness. Stayed for one night and it was a good experience. Close to the airport
Disliked: Nothing to mention
Liked: The receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Good night of rest after a travel day
Liked: Nice stay, there are everything you need.
Disliked: Would be lovely to have a tea/coffee in the room
A comfortable accomodation but weak hospitality
Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing. When I was entering the breakfast room a (quite poor) buffet was arranged and no one was explaining how the ordering works. So I ordered a juice at the bar like other guests did and took things from the buffet. Then a waitress was approaching me and asked be to put back the things I have taken from the buffet, because it is not for you but only for the team of sportsman staying in the hotel (I booked the only available breakfast option). In the end I got two slices of toast (likely I just got the second one as the waitress understood that I was displeased after her approach) with one small portion of jam and juice. No tea or coffee as I had to choose between juice and the warm drink. The worst breakfast since years and a very poor sign of hospitality.
Liked: Great servis and helpful personal!
Disliked: We were at 1st floor with windows to main entrace area, so there were whole time noise.
Great place if you are driving around Bilbao
Liked: The hotel is really beautiful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and modern. The staff were amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Free parking was also a big plus and made everything much easier.
Disliked: The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. It would be great to have this option, especially since everything else about the stay was excellent.
