Fabulous
Liked: We had a wonderful time in Bilbao, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose this hotel! It was simply fantastic! The room was clean and spacious, with a huge bed and an incredibly comfortable mattress. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, although a little repetitive, so we decided to have it only on our arrival and departure days. The hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood, within walking distance of the main attractions and the train station, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. If we ever return to Bilbao, we will definitely stay at this hotel again! Highly recommended!
Liked: The room was spacious and insulated from street noise. The hotel location with a tram stop outside the door was ideal and suited use in getting around the city.
Disliked: Dinner menu was very limited
Handy, comfortable and friendly
Liked: 12 minute walk from main bus terminal. Large, modern and clean room. It has a large comfortable bed. I like that it was serviced every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely walk into the shopping area and old town via the Gran Via. On the way back after lots of walking it was easy to catch either the metro or the tram. The buffet breakfast was especially good. Plenty of choice for hot or cold breakfast which were refreshed regularly.
Disliked: Nothing
Ok but not 4*
Liked: Reception staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Well situated for public transport.
Disliked: Bar/cafe in lobby opposite lifts! Breakfast was disappointing in comparison with Sans Sebastián.
Liked: The rooms are nice. Clean, moderrns and lights. Breakfast was very nice also.
Disliked: Nothing to complain.
Liked: Shower was amazing.
