  Very enjoyable, comfortable and a beautiful city

  Liked: Very clean and spacious, plenty of room for all 3 of us, big kitchen with all amenities. The host was very welcoming and helpful providing lots of great information about Bilbao and San Sebastián. The flat was fully equipped with items such as tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap etc which was very helpful. The flat was a short walk to the old town which was ideal.

  Flitzi was an amazing host so helpful and communicated to make sure everything this was great 5 stars for her help and g

  Liked: Clean comfortable good facilities welcome breakfast was great plus all the little add ons eg tea sugar cocoa salt oil dishwasher tablets made it so easy to settle

  Disliked: Location was uphill which as a 71 year old I did struggle a bit but taxis were reasonably priced for getting back after a day out

  Very good

  Liked: Friendly welcome, info beforehand for getting into garage very clear. Apartment 10 mins walk from old town so well situated.

  Disliked: Apartment a little dark because of elongated shape.

  Highly recommend

  Liked: First of all would like to thank the host l, she made out stay perfectly welcoming. Starting from the welcome drinks and snacks following your informational kit, tips and help. I was working for hospitality and were in many places Aitziver exceeded our expectations. Apart itself spacious, clean and located in 5-10 min walk from the center. Nearby is located couple of good bars and supermercados.
