Exceptional
Liked: It was very clean. Easy to check in.
Disliked: Hard to find street parking. Was a little bit of a walk to the subway. It could have used another fan.
Brillant, super comfortable city apartment
Liked: Great city apartment with all possible facilities, fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable. Lovely host, super responsive. The location is brilliant: nice residential area around, with shops, bars etc, Lidl 200m from the flat. 10 mins walk down the hill to the Casco Viejo and Ribera Market, metro station is round the corner. The apartment really had everything, from coffee and olive oil to washing liquid and cosmetics. This is always a lovely touch as we didn't have to buy any of the essentials. Really good base to explore Bilbao.
Disliked: It's on quite a busy street so it can get a bit noisy at times, but what do you expect if you're in a city centre! It didn't bother us at all, but it's worth knowing this in advance if someone is looking for a very quiet place.
Feels like home
Liked: A lovely apartment featuring a spacious living room, just a five-minute walk from Santutxu metro station. It’s fully equipped with everything a traveller might need, and the host was always helpful and responsive to any questions via WhatsApp.

Liked: Cleanliness, area, close to the metro, special features and many extra like coffe, tea, milk, fresh water available in the house

Feels like home in Bilbao
Liked: Lovely and spacious home of Alfonso who was very helpful from abroad. Quiet street right by metro station. Everything you need. Two bathrooms were excellent for family of four. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Terrace is unavailable, but there is balcony. At first you feel like intruding somebody's home but adapt quickly to personal items, including fine collection of turtles.
