Disliked: No place to drop off luggage before or after the stay; check-in and check-out are very strict.

Fine, well equipped unit in excellent and safe location

Liked: Clean, excellent kitchen and good supplies, good shower and bed. Great location 10 minute walk to the Guggenheim museum.

Disliked: Check-in overly complicated with an 8 step procedure including downloading an internet link. Fortunately the agent spoke good English and sent a colleague to get us into the apartment.

Disliked: Never came around to fix the oven that wasn’t working but we didn’t really need it so never bothered reminding them again:)
