Liked: Everything, the attention
Our stay was pretty horrendous
Liked: The location was very poor.We felt we were surrounded by danger
Disliked: Nothing...the apartments are in a very downgraded area
Disappointing place in a good location
Liked: Location is good, as long as you are fit to walk upstairs and uphill.
Disliked: If you are renting this place because of the air conditioning, reconsider it, the system doesn't work properly. The first night was more than 27 degrees Celsius, and only when the weather cooled down a bit, the apartment temperature dropped to 24 degrees. When I asked for a second ventilator, the first excuse was that no employee was available, despite announcing a 24 hour reception. On the next day, the message was that no second ventilator was available. There was also black mold and a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom and we had to kill a cockroach. The neighborhood appears to despise the place, as there were lots of dog poop in front of the building door, no other place in the whole Bilbao had this much dog poop.
The room was fine, the location was not
Liked: Although it was extremely tight, it had everything you need.
Disliked: The location. The neighborhood was not nice.
Sketchy location near the old part of town
Liked: The interior layout of the apartment had good potential and offered three separate living spaces enough to host 5 people.
Disliked: Our summer stay in Bilbao was ruined by a completely broken AC, insufficient fans, swarms of mosquitoes that kept the windows shut, and a sketchy area with no available street parking.
A clean and modern apartment
Liked: It was simple and clean. Comfortable. The staff in the phone and messages were wonderful. Victoria helped me when I didn’t know why the door didn’t open (I put the numbers in the pad too slowly), she was really nice.
Disliked: It was a disappointment that we couldn’t leave the luggage in the hotel for a few hours after checking out. They don’t have lockers. We have a hard time using the AC and it was hot, we open the windows and it was worst. The parkings are far and there no way to park in the street.
