Very good
Liked: Everything was nice.
Disliked: The check-in starts at 4 pm. I arrived on time, and the queue (other guests) were there, waiting. Nobody else was there. Then around 10 minutes later, someone arrived and then things started moving. But even then, it took a while, way, way longer than every other place I've ever been to.
Liked: Room was very clean and the place was quiet and good location. Slept very well well.Also like the small kitchen.
Liked: Comfortable rooms, very clean. Fantastic little cafe nearby called Lorea bar.
Disliked: Laundry was a pain to set up, coffee machine did not have coffee.
Liked: The location was very good, clean, and a great shower.
Disliked: The variety of beverages in the lobby machines was limited. We couldn't get even water most of the time. The pilows were not so good.

Nice, clean accommodation
Liked: Very helpful receptionist on our arrival However no sign of any other staff over the whole weekend. Laundry facilities were excellent, though it took a bit of time to set up the required account. Bilbao has excellent transport and there is a metro station just a few minutes' walk away. It was a pleasant half hour walk along the river promenade to the Guggenheim.
Disliked: Room was smaller than we expected - photos a bit midleading. Fairly basic but adequate though.
