Very good
A quickie in Bilbao
Liked: Good location. Very easy to find and just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around super convenient. There were some utensils provided in the common area. There were instant coffee pods in room, but no kettle.
Disliked: Room comfort was a disappointment. It was quite hot inside, and while a fan was provided, it was way too loud to leave on. The window only opened into an internal lightwell/building shaft rather than outside, so getting fresh air or cooling the room down was nearly impossible.
Not the best, not the worst
Liked: Close to the metro and shops, clean
Disliked: There was no proper air conditioner, no kettle, they suggested we should boil the water for coffee in a microwave There was a loud party outside on Friday night
We wanted a room but got a noisy sauna
Liked: It was affordable.
Disliked: The room was incredibly hot. I was sweating profusely less than one minute after entering the room. And the fan was inefficient and inadequate. It should be a strong pedestal fan. It was also noisy, but that was the least of its problems.
Good location and helpful hosts
Liked: Host has informed about noise from the pubs on the street in advance so I was prepared for that. What unexpected was that earplugs were provided in the welcome package. Very thoughtful I think. Luckily, I am sleeping very well and noise didn't disturb me. On the other hand, to have pubs downstairs is a good thing as well. And metro station is very close too.
Disliked: When window is closed you hear very little of noise, but in summer it is very hot to sleep with closed windows. Have in mind when choosing this place. I didn't use common spaces so could not tell something about them.
Liked: Web site registration not good. Second guest dropped out therefore only one guest booked in. web sight could not correct.the cancellation on line,therefore customer had to fall back on E mail /text and phone resulted in the problem of second guest cancelation and door code failure being corrected in a pleasant and quick manner by operator over a 24 hour period. Customer had to learn how to learn the system Which should not happen. Thank you to the operator.

Liked: It was a nice window view and the beds were lovely
Disliked: Identifying the actual building was a little confusing. I small sign on the door please 🙏 🙂.
