Very good
Simple and effective place to rest your head
Liked: Great location if you’re wanting to be close to the coach station and are happy to walk into the city centre. Beds were really nice and comfortable.
Amazing! Totally will book again while returning to Bilbao
Liked: Nice staff, amazing location, comfortable beds, everything new and clean. Also very good value for money as it was cheap but super
Disliked: Nothing in the room. I mean nothing no. Even one glass or one bowl.
Very dirty and completely unequipped, no basic kitchenware, appliances, or essentials. Clearly not prepared for guests
Disliked: The apartment was completely unequipped for even a one-night stay. There wasn’t a single fork, glass, or anything else you would normally expect in accommodation. There were no basic appliances or kitchenware, and the apartment was dirty and barely cleaned. I have stayed in many different places, but I have never seen accommodation that was so unprepared for guests. It felt more like an empty apartment than a place ready for someone to stay.
Do not book this if you are a light sleeper as you are likely to be kept awake by a mechanical noise
Liked: Location was central and convenient
Disliked: I slept very badly as I am a light sleeper and was kept awake by the mechanical noise coming from the kitchenette in all rooms. As a result I cancelled the booking for a further 3 nights planned later that month and stayed somewhere quieter
Liked: Location excellent
Disliked: No towels no cups no glasses no tea bags etc ( as shown in booking.com advertisement). The sheets old and worn pillow cases were awful made of some sort of nylon actually crackled when you touched them. This property should not be on Booking.com Host unpleasent to deal with.
Liked: Nice room, nice staff.
Disliked: The room was not completely cleaned. I got 2 toilet paper rolls and one of them had a stain all over it. There was no cutlery, no kitchenware. One leg of my chair was shorter than the others, which made it unstable - they promised to look into it, but nothing happened.
