  Great stay with perfect location in a lovely apartment thank you

  Liked: Location was brilliant, close to all the main attractions in this lovely city esp museum, old town, restaurants, bridges etc. also close to main bus and rail options. Well stocked, lots of sheets, towels etc. Joana was very easy to contact and very responsive

  Disliked: The property was perfect but increasingly owners are using the homeit app for checkin, it has its own hardware. This is the third property I’ve stayed in in continental Europe and it never works for me!

  Lovely and cosy

  Liked: very kind hostess, lovely and quiet apartment ideal for families with one or two children. Comfortable and easily accesible

  Disliked: If you travel by car make sure to arrange parking spot prior to your arrival.

  Silent neighbourhood

  Liked: We enjoyed the neighbourhood which was really silent and same time not being far from the main attractions in the city. The owner of this house is Joana and she is amazingly efficient and pleasant in communication. The apartment had everything we need and more. You may find a breakfast place next to the apartment which is greatly loved by locals as well as anything else you may need- supermarket, pharmacy, small shops, restaurants, some bars etc.

  Disliked: Heating system needs some time so I advise to ask the owner to open it up earlier before your arrival.

  Lovely stay in Bilbao

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the photos. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport,close to everything we need and very quiet at night. Joana the host was helpful and quick to reply to any questions and she let us to check in earlier. Overall, a very comfortable and stress-free stay. Highly recommended for families.

  Liked: Good location. Joana was very responsive and helpful, allowing a slightly later check out.

  Disliked: There was quite a bit of noise from neighbouring apartments, both after 23.00 and before 07.00. Whilst the apartment was fine, it was very basic. No dishwasher tablets, only one quite small saucepan, the double bed was properly made up, but the twin beds each had a sheet and duvet (without the cover) which didn't feel that hygienic. The description indicated there would be complimentary wine, chocolate or fruit but there was nothing.
