Liked: it is clean as a hostel

Disliked: The room was so hot no circulated air, smelled of cigarette smoke and the available number that I dialed to ask questions was not available. I also lost my new sealed cider bottle because someone/some people stole it from the fridge even though there was a warning on the fridge for not taking other people's belongings.Another guest in the hostel also told me that her breakfast/food and alcohol bottle were also taken/stolenfrom the fridge.

  A mess to check in

  Liked: Good location, good price

Disliked: I arrived 1605, check-in should have started 1600. No access code received at 1600 even if I had done online check-in. No one answering on the phone number given on homepage/booking.com. Booking.com customer service contacted and then a cleaning lady showed up and pointed me to another contact number where an agent activated my access code at 1636. A lot of wasted time... and then a person had locked my locker in the room. And I just lost the hostel internet connection. Review will be rate 3.

Stay if you’re desperate cause neighborhood is great

Liked: Cheap and for a reason. Staff was nice when you could reach them.

Disliked: It was hot AF and they do not supply fans unless you ask and get lucky (which thankfully we did). Staff is only there from about 2pm - 4pm so good luck getting answers, help, or storing luggage (the phone number on booking is not the one they respond to btw). There were stains and crumbs on the protectors for the beds, though sheets were washed with bleach so that was comforting.
