  Perfect

  Liked: Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently located, with the metro genuinely just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, even for several people. It has been beautifully renovated, and practically everything is brand new. It is well equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. The host is very kind and easy to communicate with. Getting in touch was simple, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

  Disliked: Nothing at all—everything was perfect.

  Liked: Easy to reach, clean, comfortable. The host was helpful.

  Nice but could’ve been better

  Liked: It’s quite close to the old town and the owner is very responsive.

  Disliked: The noise from the street can be heard so clearly in the smaller bedroom, even with the windows closed. The sink was clogged. The most annoying thing was the footsteps from the neighbors’ kids above: even after midnight. The building was old and we can hear the noise clearly. I had a couple of sleepless nights even with earplugs. In the end, the owner arranged a much better apartment so we could sleep much better.

  Comfortable stay in normal neighborhood

  Liked: Good location: 5 minutes walk from Santuxtu, which isone stop from Casco Viejo. Take the elevator from the Karmelo exit.

  Great Stay in Bilboa

  Liked: Our arrangement did not involve breakfasts, but we cooked for ourselves in the very good kitchen there. We found every aspect of the apartment excellent. It was bright, clean, spacious, located in a really terrific area, exactly 67 footsteps from a big BM supermercado (I had to count, it was such a pleasure to have a supermarket so close by!) The service from Borja and the staff was excellent - responding to our needs for extra cookingware and other things we needed. We enjoyed our 2 weeks there very much. Peter & Abe

  Disliked: There were no issues that weren't dealt with to the very best of the ability of the management, even if it involved a couple of visits. Borja and his staff obviously care alot about the welfare of their guests..
