Very good
Thank you
Liked: Location
A good safe choice in an excellent location at a good standard
Liked: Great location, it had good facilities
Disliked: Staff felt a bit sterile, lacking in that welcoming warmth
Fabulous
Liked: the facilities were excellent - the cord on the hair dryer could have been longer as i am tall. the terrace and view was fantastic
Disliked: Nothing - everything was of high standard and worked
Nice hotel for first time travellers in Bilbao
Liked: The location… Just across the Nervion River and one block away from metro station
Good hotel in one of Bilbao's best locations
Liked: Good hotel, in an excellent location in Bilbao. Every taxi driver knew the name, and it was easy to get to the hotel from anywhere. Rooms are neat, toilets are clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a good breakfast spread and one can keep their luggage after checkout (or before checkin) in their storage room.
Disliked: The bathrooms have glass with translucent stickers. So privacy is a big issue. This makes it difficult for families to stay in the rooms. We had to pay and get another room so that we could get more privacy while using bathrooms.
Excellent location, very comfortable and welcoming place to explore the city from
Liked: excellent location, room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good with an excellent shower. Housekeeping was great as well.
Disliked: Not a lot to improve on. Maybe a bigger gym with more equipment would have been nicer, but that would be a space issue really.
