Fabulous
Great stay!
Liked: Great stay, close to the city centre, easy to acess by car. Great breakfast!
Liked: Excellent staff: friendly, efficient, and professional.
Disliked: I booked for one night and later booked for the following night as well. I was disappointed that this could not be at the same price as my original booking. The response seemed to be generated by a machine rather than a person. The parking was confusing as I had hoped to have a choice of open or closed parking but there was only space in the garage. My GPS brougt me to the attached health club entrance, not the hotel one, and while this is not the hotel's fault, they could makw guests aware of it.
A great base for seeing Bilbao
Liked: A lovely hotel in a good location. Five minute walk to the nearest metro station and a short train journeyto the city centre. Stayed there during the total solar eclipse in August 2026. Enjoyed a wonderful view of it from the rooftop terrace.
Disliked: The paid car park was quite expensive for four nights.

Between be charged to use the pool getting room was a nightmare pretty disappointing for and 200$ a night hotel service
Liked: We chose it because it had a gym and pool.
Disliked: The hotel tried to charge us 25$ or 20€ to use the pool!!!! I have NEVER been to a hotel in the world that advertises a pool that then tries to shake you down for 20€ to use it when a resident. I refused.
Disappointed in this hotel
Liked: The hotel was ok but the staff on reception were not very welcoming. The bar staff were good. The lady in charge of the restaurant was very good. Welcoming, helpful and very attentive even though she had a big party of Americans dining she looked after us very well.
Disliked: Reception staff were not great. Other staff did not speak. The room was ok but not as clean as it should have been. Dirty curtains, mould round the air con and heating ducts. Only herbal tea and coffee in the complimentary drinks tray. No breakfast tea or black tea. Towels very poor and worn.
