Exceptional
very good for a small group, better for 6 people max than the 8 it says
Liked: easy to walk to the city center, quiet area, good apartment, all basics covered. Host very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is fully furnished, and the beds too, two bathrooms excellent, and a practical small supermarket just downstairs
Disliked: they market for 8 beds, and 6 of them are good beds in nice roms, but the last 2 are on a sofa bed in the living room -- which we knew, it was in the ad, but it is lower quality: the mattress is quite thin, and the bed is quite noisy, so 2 of our group didn't sleep quite well.
Good location for a weekend, close to the old town, nice modern room
Liked: Nice room, clean and modern, pretty quiet with little but nice bathroom. Good autonomous check in process. Positioned at walking distance from the old city center.
Disliked: The area feels safe and residential but is definitely not the best looking part of the city. The walk back home from the old city center is pretty steep.
Practical and convenient for a short stay
Liked: The apartment is modern and nicely renovated. The bathroom was a hit 😄... great shower. The living - sleeping area was a bit tight for the 4 of us. We didn't mind iso much as it was just the 1 night. Good sound proofing. There is a minimarket just down stairs which is very useful.
Disliked: The area and the apartment block... it was a little rough. We arrived late and went to look for food, a lot of teens hanging around and homeless people. Not sure it is the best part of the city. As for the apartment - photos makenit look much larger. I was surprised going in. Also, it will make a great difference when arriving to have a water bottle, salt & pepper...the basics.
Liked: Very fancy and freshly renovated apartment. This was a great end to our Spain trip, especially because it was almost 40 degrees and the apartment has a well functioning AC in all rooms

Flat served its purpose but expensive given the service
Liked: Clean, modern
Disliked: The property was advertised as three double beds and this was the basis on which we booked it as we were three adults wanting our own double bed each. On arrival, they had only made up two double beds with sheets so we had to split the sheets up and move one of the single sheets to the third bed. This meant two of us couldn’t enjoy the double beds we’d booked but could only sleep with single bed sheets in the double bed. Raised it with the hosts, they didn’t care. Felt stingy and like they didn’t want the extra washing despite us paying the full price.
