  Ideal apartment and wonderful host

  Liked: The host, Maria, was most helpful in giving recommendations. She allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after checkout and also organised a taxi which arrived exactly on time😊. The apartment has everything as described. The two small bathrooms side by side were great given there were five of us.

  Disliked: As I believe other reviewers have said, it would be great to have air con. The day we arrived it was hot but fortunately subsequent days were cooler. This is not a major issue so long as you are prepared for it.

  wonderful host - very clean and spacious apartment in the historic town close to Metro/Euskatren

  Liked: A spacious and very clean apartment and an exceptionally friendly host. The location was perfectly located in the old town but close to the Metro and the Euskatren. The host provided us with a BARIK card that we could charge and use for all means of public transport (that we made use of extensively).

  Disliked: some really really minor things (the boards in the fridge were loose and one curtain wasn't attached properly - but that's just very high-level complaining). And it was quite hot - but the host was so kind to provide us with multiple fans that we placed in ever room.

  If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location in Casco Viejo, this is the place!

  Liked: Great location! You walk a short distance and there is a small grocery store and many bars, restaurants, cafés, bakeries.. Very clean. Well equipped and comfortable. The bedrooms, living room, and dining room are spacious. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for a short visit. It was very helpful to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The apartment has many big windows, filling it with a lot of natural light. Maria is an excellent and communicative host. She provided helpful and detailed information on how to check in; how to enter Casco Viejo (Old Town) by car/taxi, and how to enter the apartment building. Maria is incredibly welcoming. She gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat. She explained the public transit system to us. And at the end of our stay, it was very kind of her to arrange a taxi transfer to the airport for us. Thank you! I highly recommend this property! We hope to visit again.

  Old Bilbao is quaint, charming and absolutely worth it

  Liked: The apartment is perfectly situated just minutes from the Plaza. It is very well maintained with modern amenities, yet keeping with the charm of the beautiful old building. Maria, the hostess, ensures that you are comfortable and that your needs are met.
