Mixed feelings – great spot but poor room maintenance and noise issues
Liked: "Great location, close to the metro, nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Good value for that money.
Disliked: There was no cleaning at all, so we were surprised. We stayed for eight days and they only ask about replacing the towels via WhatsApp every other day (which is unnecessary). There isn't even a broom, so beach sand was everywhere. The clean towels we received were dirty, though they did react quickly to the request for a replacement. For an 8-day stay for 3 people, we only got two rolls of toilet paper. We had to message them and were told they only provide a 'welcome pack' which is laughable. You really don't want to spend your vacation looking for toilet paper. They did bring one more roll the next day, but with a comment making it seem like they were doing us a huge favor and that it's not standard practice. The room smelled musty (damp) and you can hear everyone coming and going. The guests were often noisy; one was talking on the phone in the hallway at 1 AM for a long time. You can hear everything. No soundproof rooms, that’s nonsense. There was a dining area, but the table was low and we didn't use it for anything other than coffee – there were only two armchairs.
