Basic accommodation in a good location
Liked: Great location to get around Bilbao. Many little shops in the neighbourhood to get some groceries. Enclosed in a street with tall buildings, so not a great view and not much natural light. The room is very spacious, which is lovely; the facilities are very basic.
Disliked: Very basic: you are greeted with a note in the bathroom saying that if your toilet paper is finished, you must supply your own, which I have never seen before and found a bit comic. No extras.

Liked: Great location. Really clean, simple/modern/updated decor. Not fancy but everything you need.
Disliked: It’s a REALLY busy street with huge trucks. The garbage pickup was right outside my window at midnight 😂🤪 Giant case people: no elevator.
Great location and very comfy
Liked: Comfy and great location to walk to the old down and the Guggenheim. We had a triple room so it was spacious and had a little fridge which was a nice touch. It’s quite a late check-in (16:00) so it was really helpful they had secure lockers round the corner at a discount so we could store our bags.
Disliked: One of the towels was dirty - it had obviously been laundered but not checked.
