Fabulous
Liked: Location very close to Plaza Nueva and the metro station. Airco worked very well but was very dirty
Disliked: There was an overpowering perfume smell in the room, so bad that it gave me a headache. The only option was to open the window and keep the airco blowing at max, but that did little to diminish the perfume stench. The window opened to an indoor shaft and the hallway was very noisy (you hear everything and everyone passing by). My room was across from the entrance so I heard everyone come back and leave in the early morning. You can also hear everyone showering and flushing the toilet as the sewage pipes are in the rooms. No space to open a suitcase in the cramped room. The bed only had one very large elongated pillow so if you're with two then expect to share.
Liked: The rooms were located in the very central part of the old town, just in the old square. Gugenheim room faced the squate and the noise from cafes in the evening was realy very very loud. But with ear plugs it was ok.
Lovely comfortable accommodation in a superb location but if you are a light sleeper not ideal
Liked: The location is excellent the furnishings are high quality and all in good condition
Disliked: The noise levels were high most of the night - it was a Friday night. The window was closed but didn’t keep the noise out
Liked: Checking with a breeze: they sent us our code. Very nice, very clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much.
Disliked: About two A.M. they start to pick up trash or recycle down below and it’s really loud
Amazing location
Liked: I loved the location it was right in the middle of the casco viejo, close to restaurants and pintxos bars. The building- where wood had apparent beams. It was clean and of a good taste, simple decoration.
Disliked: I think it would have been better if the shower area had somehow a way to contain the water, extractor did not work room would get steamy if windows were not opened
Liked: I loved the location, and the room was very clean and modern. It was my second time visit Bilbao and I chose to stay here again.
Disliked: Everything was marvellous 🤩

This accommodations does not have a reception due to lack of space in the building, so payments that are not made in advance or online, will have to be made at Calle Lotería, 3, at Pensión AMA BILBAO.
