Very good
Not the worst option, but you can usually find better hotels for that price …
Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in earlier than expected, and everything was explained to us in English, which was very helpful. The room appeared to have been renovated, and the bathroom was modern and in good condition. Unfortunately, these were the main positive aspects of our stay.
Disliked: My overall impression of this hotel is quite mixed. I paid €72 for the night after having to reschedule my original booking, and when I later compared other hotels in the same price range, I found several options that looked much better. Although the room seemed to have been renovated, the bed linen had a very strong and unpleasant smell, possibly from the laundry detergent. The hotel lobby also had a very unpleasant smell and felt dark and poorly ventilated. The soundproofing was extremely poor. I could hear almost everything happening outside my room, which made me feel uncomfortable at night and even gave me the impression that someone might come into my room at any moment. Another downside was that the shampoo provided was actually hand soap, which was disappointing. I also had to wait around four minutes for the shower water to become hot. Overall, while the staff were friendly and the bathroom was modern, the unpleasant smells, poor soundproofing and lack of proper toiletries made the stay less comfortable than I had hoped.
Liked: Good value for money and the two Argentinian brothers were very helpful and thoughtful! 100% recommended!

Liked: Good idea to put the code on the room door with the own telefon number 😊.
Disliked: Water heater instead of microwave. More water avalable and there was missing spoons for the sugar.
Unsafe
Liked: Check in staff member was friendly
Disliked: No key for room, no bolt on door, so no actual physical way of securing the room. Our ‘key’ was a code that was the last 4 digits of my mobile number. As two female travellers this made us feel very unsafe during our stay, what made this worse was the email after my stay explaining there had been a security leak of my information INCLUDING my phone number. Room was also unclean, hairs on bedding etc.
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and comfy bed and pillows
Disliked: The location was close to the San Francisco area that we were told to avoid by a local person we met there, so we didn't feel safe and took detours especially at night.
I recommend this place. Great value to price ratio
Liked: The room was very spacious. We loved the localization and the staff was extremely helpful.
Disliked: Lack of AC
