  Liked: Easy communication with the staff, location in the old town. The room was comfortable although very small. You can leave your luggage at the reception (seperate place) before checking in and also leave your luggage after checking out, which is very helpful.

  Disliked: The room was exactly above the bar, couldn't open the windows even for a moment. Also while there was a coffee machine, there was no a kettle. Only 1 coffee capsule and not even a spoon. Not very well thought through. Also every time you get in, you need to press the code, downstairs, upstairs etc.

  Brilliant property for a few days in the city

Good to know

This accommodations does not have a reception due to lack of space in the building, so payments that are not made in advance or online, will have to be made at Calle Lotería, 3, at Pensión AMA BILBAO.
