Very good
Liked: Clean and comfortable. Lots of bars and cafes nearby
Cheap, simple, just what we were after
Liked: Great place to spend the night for the price. Room was simple, clean and good location for the metro. There are coffee shops and bars in the vecinity.
Disliked: Nothing to not like about the accomodation. There was no easy onsite parking available, on street parking was resident only or no spot available, so it was a bit of a walk to the car park where we left our vehicle in the end.

Liked: Great location, metro is right in front and in 15 min you're downtown.
Disliked: A bit noisy at night, despite being a residential neighborhood. Might have been that we came during the fiesta mayor. Room was tiny.
Liked: The location is great, underground parking (very narrow entrance!), close to the metro, shops and cafes nearby.
Disliked: The place is quite clean but it could be better. Some people sometimes smoke near windows.
