Good
If you want cheap you need to deal with the cigarette smell
Liked: Practical as it was next to train station and cost-benefit.
Disliked: The biggest issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room and entrance. It was overwhelming and made the stay quite uncomfortable. We had to buy odour-neutralising spray and disinfectant, keep the windows open, and run the fan constantly just to make the room bearable enough to sleep in. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our overall experience.
Liked: Cristina, the lady who run the Pension Zorroza, is very friendly and helpful, the rooms was super clean and they make up the room every day. Location is in a quiet neighborhood very well connected to the city center.
Disliked: Nothing, value for money was great.

Liked: Clean, large, nice host, good shower. Location close to metro. Pillows comfy, closet to hang clothing. Provides a great fan.
Disliked: Queen size bed not comfortable but twin bed was. Train station you can hear but fan kinda tunes it out.
Champion hosts!
Liked: The hosts were very helpful and extraordinarily kind. Being outside the city in a friendly neighbourhood. Good transport and enjoyable walk along the river to San Mames.
Disliked: Room was a little dark.
Liked: Very centric and has a bus stop right in the front door. There are a lot of places to eat 10 meters away, a drugstore and everything.
Liked: Lovely staff could not do enough for you!
