Exceptional
Liked: Great location, very spacious and comfortable. Good communication.
Disliked: There was some street noise in the double front bedroom but earplugs fixed this.
Beatiful flat and neighborhood but noisy night
Liked: The flat is amazing, with a lot of space. Rooms are great, beds are comfortable. It’s clean and fully equipped. Location is perfect!! Arrival was very well organized, Sorin was waiting for us to give us the keys, explained were everything was and gave us tips!
Disliked: The two main bedrooms look over the street and both nights it was really noisy in the wee hours of the morning, probably worse as we stayed during the weekend

Excellent position for a great stay in Bilbao
Liked: Spacious apartment with tasteful fittings in an excellent location just on the edge of the old town and a short walk along the river to the Guggenheim. Opposite a park by the river.
Disliked: Property at the back overlooked a small good outlet which stayed open most of the night on one occasion….. not that noisy but continuous talking was a little disturbing as we had the windows open to try to cool down. Next night we shut windows and used the fans which was better. We were there in a heatwave so the fans were a godsend!
Liked: Central location just round the corner from plaza Nueva. Beautiful, huge, elegant apartment. Will definitely be back.

Liked: The apartment has a nice design, spacious, that is great. It's downtown, which is good, but that kebab bar under the windows doesn't help if you want to sleep.
Disliked: First, the guy spent only 2mins with us showing around the apartment, meanwhile hanging on the phone. As he opened all of the windows beforehand, there were 30-40 flies in the apartment. Wasn't happy about it, no solution offered for this. Also, there is a 24h open kebab bar right under the windows, so people were shouting all night long.
