An idyllic stay in a beautiful city
Liked: Location, staff and breakfast all perfect
Ideal for a short inner city stay
Liked: The apartment is very central, situated on the edge of the old quarter and most parts of the city are easily accessed on foot. it's only a few minutes to the Plaza Nueva and many restaurants and a good quality Indian takeaway is at the bottom of the street (Himalaya Curry and Tandoori Restaurant). The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Pet friendly as well. Parking is some distance away but the owner provided clear instructions and we obtained a discounted rate for our stay. In summary, a perfect location for a short city break!

Disliked: We had a horrible experience with workers in the appartement above starting to work at 7:30 am and finishing at 17:00 pm every day, drilling with no end. The most horrible stay we ever gad and the owner never agreed to give us back a little money!! We asked for 60€ refund, very little compared to what we paid for two nights. Never ever again.
Great place to stay, great location, clean and easy process throughout
Bilbao fun!
Liked: Location was great. The host had left T-bags, coffee, dish soap, kitchen roll, shampoo, toilet rolletc for us which is always a welcomed bonus. Property was clean. Great high pressure in the shower. Spacious appartment.
Disliked: We liked the shower but the bathroom itself the floor and some tiles needed updating. Toilet cistern was loud but it seems to be the whole block rather than just this appartment.

Liked: Location was very good; near the old town. The host/owner was responsive when we reported issues.
Disliked: The mattress was uncomfortable and very poor hot water pressure in the shower. I reported this to the host. He promised he would replace the mattress for the next guest and would check the shower. If these items are corrected, the location would qualify for a much better rating.
