  Liked: Stayed here because the hotel was booked up. Based on the tiny bit of information that was available about the property I was a little apprehensive, but I figured I was only staying 8-10 hours and the price was right so I gave it a shot. Boy, I was really pleasantly surprised by the place. The room was spacious and clean, had a little kitchenette and a nice bathroom, too! Conveniently located above the intermodal transportation center. Close to restaurants and shops. Would recommend!

  Liked: The accommodation was in a university housing complex. It’s a bit cramped with three beds in one room, but perfectly fine if you’re not too demanding and don’t need much space:-). We were there during the solar eclipse, so price was a factor. There’s a football stadium and a tram stop nearby. Overall, Bilbao is a great place! Thanks.

  I feel misled and cheated

  Disliked: Warning: This listing is misleading. The owner fails to disclose important information: some rooms on the lower floors overlook a construction site where noisy work starts as early as 6:00 a.m. The noise is extremely loud and can be heard even with the windows closed. Despite my complaint, RESA considers everything acceptable simply because the construction work is not their responsibility. This is extremely disappointing. Had I known that I would be unable to get a proper night's sleep for an entire week, I would never have booked a room here.

  Basic stay - highly recommended in Bilbao!

  Liked: The location is great if you need the metro and airport bus within a few steps. A huge terrace to enjoy breakfast or chill during the day. Breakfast available for 5.95 (price in August/September 2026). It is basic but sufficient! Rooms are basic but quite new, tidy and clean. I stayed here twice and would come back in the future.
