Liked: Excellent location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Supermarket round the corner and lovely bakery and wine bar opposite.

Liked: Very responsive host keys were easy to access and two keys were given. Flat felt secure once we were inside. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Fans were provided in both rooms which was helpful. The location is great right by the metro and bus station and not too noisy.

Disliked: Only issue was the bedroom door doesn't shut as the door is too big for the frame. Also the kitchen door is missing the glass panelling in the middle so also doesn't function as a door.

Liked: The check-in experience was really smooth, the host provided very clear instructions, so everything was easy from the start. Communication was excellent: the host was responsive and we always got quick answers to anything we needed. They were also kind enough to offer us an early check-in, which was a lifesaver since we arrived in the city early in the morning. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom stays nice and dark, which makes it perfect for resting. Overall, a great stay!

  Perfect location and comfort

Liked: Amazing location, next to tram, buses, metro and the bus station where all buses start to the other nice towns, like San Sebastian and Vitoria. The apartment is very comfortable, great size, well equipped. Great wifi, great bed and bedding. Communication with the apartment was easy and fast.

Disliked: All information shared through the booking.com site at the beginning is a bit complicated, as well all the things about the apartment, like getting in online are in a long email that you need to “learn by heart” or have available all the time. Once you enter the apartment it”s easy as ABC. The apartment requires lots of small, minor maintenance that is nothing of high importance but would make the apartment look well cared for.
