Fabulous
Great location, value
Liked: A fine, comfortable hotel in a brilliant location. Excellent value for money. It lacked a gym, sauna etc, which would improve the experience and the dining room was small (relative to the number of guests) noisy and stuffy. However the bedroom was large and comfortable and the breakfast ok. Recommended by its location and excellent value.
Clean room in a great location
Liked: Location is great. It’s in Casco Viejo (old town) but not too noisy. Has easy access to Metro, taxis, buses and trains too.
Disliked: It was hot in the room, but unfortunately the temperature control in the room doesn’t work so it couldn’t be adjusted
Liked: Location
Liked: Stayed for 2 nights, the location is excellent for the old town and train station. The hotel was spotless, staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good
Disliked: Nothing
Good location, disappointing breakfast
Liked: Great location, very clean and spacious room.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great, had been sitting there for a while and terrible tea....
Great location for a higher end chain hotel. Beware of the Wi-Fi Policy
Liked: Very centrally located. Easy access to the old quarter. Modern Hotel chain. The rooms were clean and modern. Nice bathroom. 24-hour front door attendant.
Disliked: My room was supper tiny and looked onto a utility shaft with zero sunlight. Access to the Wi-Fi required accepting the hotel terms which allowed them to use your private information for marketing purposes. There was no way to opt-out. I consider this a violation of personal space and privacy for what should be a basic feature, especially from a big chain.
