Fantastic location and cozy rooms
Excellent stay in Bilbao
Liked: Everything was according to the Sercotel standards. Clean and nice size room and bathroom, with enough space for storage, comfortable bed, high speed wi-fi. The breakfast very good with options for all tastes, even with cava! Great location for visiting Bilbao, just 10 min walk to the historical center. Professional and helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing to be mentioned
Only stayed one night before flying home but would stay again

Liked: The hotel is well positioned for visiting the city. The room was very comfortable and the person cleaning the room very good and thorough
Disliked: Breakfast area a little tight.

Disliked: The room had some spots on the wall and AC seems to be managed centrally and not really from room. The breakfast is definitely not worse the money, there are plenty of good cafes around where you can get better food
