Exceptional
Really enjoyed Bilbao and this hotel not only had a great view and loc., but also very comfortable
Liked: Location is excellent for both the museums (obviously) but also for reaching the old town (easy walk beside the river). Also really enjoyed the sauna.
Disliked: There were a lot of light switches in the room which is fine. But one of them it turns out, turns off all the lights such that the other switches don't work. We had to have a staff member point that out to us. Could have been avoided with a "all lights" sign on the switch.
Epic location, fantastic view
Liked: Epic location, very comfortable rooms, fantastic view from the skybar, professional and kind staff.
Disliked: Sound insulation could be better. When someone knocked on the next door, we thought it was a knock on ours.
Served it's purpose for one night
Liked: Location across from the Guggenheim.
Disliked: The room faced an indoor concrete atrium. Small but comfortable bed.
Perfect location. Will be back for a longer stay
Liked: Location right next to the Guggenheim
Disliked: Nil
