Guest reviews
Very good
Greta location, but the property needs to be refreshed
Disliked: It could be cleaner and more quiet; with thin walls the noises of neighbors could be well heard
It was good
Liked: Location
Disliked: Leaking shower and other minor repair issues
Very good option for a small group or family
Liked: Very spatious apartment, the digital key for entrance in the building and in the apartment is something usefull. The kitchen is equiped with many cooking tools. Very good positioning: some 15 minutes walk from the old town city centre.
Disliked: One of the dormitories has a private bathroom, which is equiped with an electric valve at the sewer system, which does not function so well (water will persist in the sink, most of the time). The electric door handle may not function all of the times, when actioned manually or by button. There is a permanent smell of humidity and mold, which in our case, was resolved by having some of windows largely opened most of the time.
Would definitely stay there again
Liked: Great central location, clean & all amenities
Lovely and quiet
Liked: Great. Communications nice people and. Lovely place to stay. Very central
Disliked: City centre
A no-go in Bilbao
Liked: The location is a 10 minute walk to guggenheim and because of the smell in the appartment you will love to go outdoors.
Disliked: The appartment is uninhabitable due to the hygiene. The penetrating smell of moul and moisture is so heavy you need to leave the area. Don't stay here. We had used towels with undefined stains, hopefully makeup. Found hairs in our bed. No outside view. Second bathroom is too small to be used, toilet is wobbly.
