Liked: Super nice and clean appartment, good location

Disliked: I was informed on short notice that parking is not available, though it's shown as feature in booking (and was a major reason for me choosing this appartment), and I wrote with the host several weeks before. As my stay was in the week of Bilbao city celebrations, finding a free parking garage was really pain for us. Had onlly 1 key for the appartment, a clear restriction as we were three guests. Had to pick the key 5 min from the appartment

Liked: Roomy, well-equipped appartement, with modern interior

Disliked: We had trouble receiving messages from the owner via booking.com, which meant that we could not get the keys to the apartment immediately. We would have preferred to meet the owner, as stated in the confirmation letter from booking.com.
